Israeli occupation forces assault woman and her little child near Hebron

Israeli occupation forces assaulted a Palestinian woman and her little child this evening as they vandalized the entrance gate of the Zanuta Elementary School, located in the town of Ad-Dhahiriya, to the south of Hebron, according to local sources.

The sources told that Israeli occupation forces raided the Zanuta Elementary School in the eastern outskirts of Ad-Dhahiriya town. They destroyed the school’s iron gate and removed the Palestinian flag from the school’s premises. During the incident, soldiers also physically assaulted the school’s janitor, Hanaa Abu al-Kabash, and her son Ali, 9, resulting in injuries and bruises.

Earlier in the day, a number of residents from the Zanuta village sustained injuries during their efforts to confront colonial settlers who, under the protection of Israeli forces, attempted to attack the school.
