Colonial Israeli settlers launched a terrorist attack this evening on the village of Tuwana, located south of Hebron, assaulting local residents under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, according to local sources.

The sources reported that Israeli occupation forces, who deployed to protect the armed settlers, invaded the village, fired live rounds near Palestinian homes and stormed the home of a Palestinian citizen, Hafiz Al-Harini, physically assaulting and injuring him.

The settlers also vandalized numerous fruitful grapevines and raised the Israeli flag on Palestinian lands, further escalating tensions in the area. They also destroyed a fence at the entrance to nearby Khirbet Al-Dababsa village.

The local Palestinian community continues to face harassment and violence from Israeli settlers, resulting in significant disruptions and damages to their livelihoods.
