Amman – Jordanians can expect a significant temperature surge this week, following relatively cold conditions.
According to Jordan News Agency, The report indicates a rise in temperatures starting Tuesday, with moderate weather anticipated in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba regions, where low-altitude clouds and moderate northwesterly winds will prevail. Wednesday will see a further increase in temperatures, bringing pleasant weather to most areas, while maintaining moderate conditions in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. There is a forecast of active southeast winds that could cause dust storms, particularly in desert areas, leading to reduced visibility.
Thursday will continue the trend with rising temperatures and a pleasant climate across most regions, though moderate in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. The eastern desert regions may experience morning showers with possible thunder, and winds are expected to shift from moderate northeast to northwesterly by evening. Today’s temperatures are estimated to range between 17-10 degrees Celsius in East Amman, 15-8 in West Amman, 14-18 in the northern highlands, and 27-17 degrees Celsius in the Gulf of Aqaba.
