KUWAIT, Kuwait’s oil barrel went down US$2.61 to settle at US$83.40 per barrel in Wednesday’s trading as opposed to US$86.01 the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation on Thursday. ccording to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Brent crude went down 63 cents to settle at $82.66 per barrel, the same with the West Texas Intermediate, which went down 92 cents to settle at $76.66 pb.
