The Lower House of Parliament on Monday voted to suspend MP Abdulrahman Awisheh (Amman, 1st District) for four months for violating on-floor decorum and using profane language. Eighty-nine MPs out of 108 present in a closed House session voted in favor of Awisheh’s suspension for using inappropriate language on House floor during a heated exchange with the minister of justice in early February this year.
