The Public Prosecutor of Ramtha decided Wednesday to detain a man with a criminal record for 15 days on charges of kidnapping coupled with sexual assault and bullying and luring his victim, filming them naked and threatening to publish the footage. According to Jordan’s penal code, the kidnapping charges, if upheld in court, could cost the defendant a minimum of 10 years in prison.
