Baghdad, First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, received today, Thursday, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Assoumi.
A statement by the office of the First Deputy stated: Al-Mandalawi welcomed Al-Assoumi, who will participate in the work of the thirty-fourth conference of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union, which is being hosted by Baghdad, and they agreed to invest in the opportunity of the presence of Arab parliaments to enhance cooperation and parliamentary relations among the participating countries, and to achieve the interests of the Arab peoples.
