Minister of Agriculture Khaled Hneifat called for holding Jordanian-Romanian training courses for workers at Jordanian animal and plant health laboratories to benefit from Romanian expertise. His remarks came during a visit to Romanian phytosanitary laboratories and a veterinary institute, accompanied by Romanian Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Petre Daea. The minister was briefed on the institute’s tasks, laboratories, and centers, and commended their advanced technologies and organization, according to a ministry statement released Thursday. He also toured phytosanitary laboratories, looking firsthand at their tasks, tests, and activities.
