MORE THAN 100 REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS ARE PARTICIPATING WEDNESDAY IN THE “FUTURE OF EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SCIENCE” CONFERENCE IN RIYADH

On the 8th and 9th of March, the capital, Riyadh, will host the conference “The Future of Education, Culture and Science”, which will be held under the slogan “Together towards Change in the 21st Century”, with the participation of more than 100 international and regional organizations, led by the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science “ALECSO”, the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), in a global gathering that is the first of its kind since the establishment of the organizations half a century ago.
The conference, which is organized by ALECSO and the Saudi National Commission for Education, Culture and Science, will cover more than 20 sessions and panel discussions, with the aim of formulating a new common vision and enhancing cooperation opportunities between organizations, in the presence of more than 65 speakers.
The conference is expected to host experts in business administration from international academic institutions, such as Harvard Business School, London Business School, and the Brookings Institution, in addition to representatives of the private sector and banks, including Google, the World Bank, Visa, and the Islamic Development Bank.
The conference aims to create a global, collaborative and reliable platform for international organizations; to meet and benefit from future opportunities, as it encourages open dialogue and partnership between stakeholders; to create a roadmap for international organizations to cooperate more effectively, while developing a sustainable mechanism for the partnerships resulting from the conference.
