251,169 students started on Monday to take their Secondary Education (high school) certificate final exams for the year 2021-2022 in all provinces.

2,249 centers have been prepared for the exams for all secondary school branches, including the scientific, literary, Sharia (Islamic Education) and vocational.

The secondary school exams will continue until the June 21st for the scientific branch, the Sharia secondary school, and the vocational high school, and until the 19th of the same month for the literary branch.

In a statement to SANA, Director of Educational Affairs at Tourism Ministry, Eng. Abdo al-Haraki, said that 800 students started today taking secondary vocational final exam of hotel services and the ministry have taken all necessary measures as 12 centers have been prepared for the exams.

Examination centers in all provinces are ready to receive students and pupils after completing the necessary measures in cooperation with the authorities concerned, Director of Exams Department at the Ministry of Education, Younes Fati told SANA.

He added that the directorates of education in the provinces of “Aleppo, Raqqa, Deir Ezzor, Hama and Damascus Countryside” received students and pupils from Lebanon and the areas controlled by terrorist organizations to take public exams at examination centers close to their hosting centers.
