SAN PEDRO: The Morocco and DR Congo national football teams drew 1-1 in the second round of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which is currently being held in Côte d’Ivoire.

Morocco took the lead through Achraf Hakimi in the sixth minute, but Silas Katompa Mvumpa equalised for DR Congo in the 76th minute.

In the same group (Group F) and on the same field, Tanzania and Zambia also drew 1-1.

With these results, Morocco leads the group with four points, followed by Zambia and DR Congo with two points each, and Tanzania in fourth place with one point.
