GAZA: A number of Palestinian civilians were confirmed killed and others injured last night as a result of Israeli airstrikes targeting several residential areas in the central Gaza Strip, particularly in the city of Deir el-Balah, according to local and medical sources.

The sources clarified that several civilians, including women, were killed due to the Israeli military’s bombing of a residential apartment in the city of Deir el-Balah, located in the Central Governorate of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes also conducted airstrikes on the neighboring Nusseirat refugee camp, leading to numerous injuries among civilians.

Meantime, Israeli occupation forces targeted a residence belonging to the Hamad family in the nearby town of Al-Zawayda, resulting in the killing of three Palestinian citizens and injuring several others.

In addition, Israeli naval vessels opened gunfire towards the coastline of Rafah, located in the southern Gaza Strip, while the Israeli artillery targeted the eastern areas of the city.

n a preliminary count, the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7th has resulted in a documented 28,858 fatalities, with 68,677 others injured, according to the Ministry of Health.
