RAMALLAH: Palestinian prisoners’ institutions, national and Islamic factions, federations, unions, and youth movements in Palestine have decided to declare next Tuesday as a day of rage in response to the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including Jerusalem, and in support of the detainees in the occupation prisons.

During a meeting held at the headquarters of the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs in the city of Al-Bireh today, the attendees pointed out that the Palestinian issue is passing through a critical stage, as Israel has violated Palestinians’ rights and turned their lives into hell.

They added that the situation in the Israeli prisons and detention centers, and the ongoing Israeli crimes of beatings, torture, abuse, starvation, and executions require everyone to bear responsibility to break their silence.

It is noteworthy that the event will be taking place in all Palestinian governorates at the same time, while a detailed official invitation will be mad
e shortly after arrangements throughtout the country have been completed.
