Director General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Imad Othman, on Tuesday welcomed head of the Islamic Group’s Political Bureau in Lebanon, Ali Abu Yassin, at the head of a delegation including two members of the Political Bureau, with whom he discussed the latest developments on the local and regional scenes.
