Speaker of the House of Representatives Hanafi el Gebaly on Saturday 07/05/2022 mourned the death of martyrs of the Armed Forces in a terrorist attack in west Sinai.
Those involved will not get away with their crime, Gebaly said in a statement.
The House Speaker expressed full support for the Armed Forces and police in their war on terrorism.
Head of the Social Solidarity committee Abdel Hady el Qasabi also mourned the victims.
In a statement, he called on the Egyptian people to unite for confronting the danger of extremist and terrorist groups.
The Senate also mourned with great sadness and sorrow the martyrs who thwarted an attempt to attack a water lifting station.
It voiced full support for the Armed Forces in all the measures they take to preserve the security, safety and stability of the country.
