Partly cloudy skies in general, showers expected

Temperatures will slightly drop to become around average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

 

“The skies will be partly cloudy in general with little chance for showers accompanied by thunder specifically over the southern and southeastern regions, while at night, the weather will be cold in most regions”, Meteorology Department said in its Sunday bulletin.

 

The wind will be of changeable direction to southeasterly with low in speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.

 

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 20/9, Daraa 22/9, Homs 22/7, Hasaka 24/7, Tartous 25/14, Aleppo 22/6, Deir Ezzor 22/9.
