DUBAI: Dubai Airports advise passengers to allocate additional time to reach Dubai International (DXB) and use Metro whenever possible, noting that the Metro operating hours have been extended until 3 am.

In an advisory on its official X account today, Dubai Airports said that operations had been temporarily suspended at DXB for 25 minutes, but have since resumed, noting that there is waterlogging on the roads leading to the airport, and that forecasts indicate that the unstable weather will continue until tomorrow morning.

‘Due to the ongoing weather conditions, we are currently experiencing some delays to arriving and departing flights. As a result, nine departing flights and eight arriving flights have been canceled this morning, and three flights have been diverted to other airports.

Dubai Airports have also urged passengers to check the status of their flights with their airlines.
