People’s Assembly: Correctionist movement a turning point in Syrian modern history

People’s Assembly affirmed that the commemoration of the 51st anniversary of the Correctionist movement is an embodiment of absolute faith and full commitment to the correct approach that contributed to thwarting the universal conspiracy that targeted Syria.

In a speech at a session held on Tuesday on the occasion of the 51st anniversary of the glorious Correctionist movement, Speaker Hammoudeh Sabbagh said that the correction was an inevitable, realistic and historical necessity through which large progress was achieved on the road to building Syria and giving it a vital role inside and outside the country.

He added that the Syrian people, in light of the events during years of the terrorist war, have become more confident in their individual and collective capabilities, national unity and their army, and more determined to complete the reconstruction process in the country.

Later, MPS discussed several issues related to the situation of services and the needs of citizens.
