Petroleum Ministry: Arab gas pipeline repairing operations started

Damascus, Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources announced Saturday that the Arab gas pipeline was attacked by terrorists in Harran al-Awamid area, near al-Barka area, which caused a stop of the gas supply to the southern region and the stop of a number of electricity generation plants in the region.

In a statement, the Ministry pointed out that the technical workshops affiliated to the Syrian Gas Company started to repair the damage.
