Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli and Head of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration (CAOA) Saleh El-Sheikh reviewed Saturday progress of the government job competitions to fill a number of vacancies at some ministries.

During a meeting with the administration’s chief, Madbouli stressed his support of any efforts that lead to genuine reforms and contribute to upholding the principles of justice, integrity, transparency, and equal opportunities.

He also underscored the importance of selecting the most efficient cadres for public service jobs to meet the government goal of ensuring the provision of quality services to citizens.

Meanwhile, El-Sheikh said out of 45,666 applicants for assistant preschool teacher jobs, only 36,215 fulfilled the competition requirements. He added that the final results will be announced this week.

In addition, 89,394 persons have applied for assistant school teacher jobs, and the timeline of their exams at the CAOA’s Center for Capacity Assessment and Competitions will be announced soon, El-Sheikh noted.

El-Sheikh also highlighted the huge amount of time saved as a result of adopting an online application system via the government job portal at: https://jobs.caoa.gov.eg/
