Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli on Monday inspected the progress rate of Sour Magra El-Oyoun development project.
The project includes 79 buildings, with different heights, comprising 1,924 housing units and 18 commercial units on the ground floor of some buildings.
Cement construction of some 77 buildings have been finalized.
Additionally, the construction of an administrative, entertainment, and commercial mall is underway on an area of 51,000 sqm, and it includes restaurants, cinemas, a garage for 1,355 cars, in addition to an open theater in front of the mall.
