The organisation of the 22nd session of the Tunisian-Algerian High Joint Commission was at the focus of a meeting, Tuesday, at the Kasbah Palace, between Prime Minister Ahmed Hachani and Algerian ambassador in Tunis Azzouz BaSlal. The Prime Minister praised the historic relations between the two countries based on ties of brotherhood and good neighborliness as well as a strong willingness to establish a strategic partnership that would benefit both nations, reads a press release of the Prime Ministry. The Algerian ambassador congratulated Hachani on his new appointment as Tunisia’s Prime Minister, conveying the greetings of his Algerian counterpart Aymen Ben Abderrahmen and his will to meet him as soon as possible. Early next October, Algiers will host the 22nd session of the Tunisian-Algerian Joint High Commission. The works of the previous session took place on March 9, 2017 in Tunis.
