PM receives report on citizens’ complaints in March

Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Friday 08/04/2022 received a report on citizens’ complaints registered with the Cabinet’s Ombudsman Office during the month of March.

The premier hailed the efforts of all officials at different government departments and bodies to solve citizens’ problems and resolve their complaints.

Director of the office Tareq el Refaei, who prepared the report, stated that some 95,000 complaints and pleas had been received during March, adding that 93,000 of them had been tackled.

About 69,000 grievances were referred to bodies concerned, while 24,000 others were shelved, Refaei said.
