PM: Sisi following up cooperation with UAE

Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli stressed that President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is always following up the file of cooperation with the UAE.

 

The premier added that the president gave directives to accelerate cooperation with the UAE in top priority domains.

 

Madbouli made the remarks in Dubai during a meeting on Saturday 30/10/2021 with UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, and CEO of Abu Dhabi Development Holding Company (ADDHC) Mohamed Hassan Al Suwaidi.

 

The meeting was attended by Minister of Planning Hala el Saeed, CEO of the Sovereign Fund of Egypt Ayman Suliman and the Egyptian ambassador in Abu Dhabi.

 

The UAE minister hailed the achievement realized in New Alamein city.

 

The premier commented that this was the fruit of hard work over four years.

 

As for enhancing bilateral cooperation, the UAE minister underlined his country’s keenness on doubling investments between the two sides and accelerating joint projects.

 

Meanwhile, the minister of planning and the CEO of the Sovereign Fund of Egypt reviewed the main projects due to be carried out in collaboration with the UAE in the coming period, especially in the fields of water desalination, pharmaceutical industries, power stations, petroleum, ports, and petrochemicals.

 

The UAE officials underlined that their country’s investments in Egypt are meant to achieve sustainable development.
