PM starts visit to Sharm el Sheikh to inspect preparations for COP27

Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli visited the city of Sharm el Sheikh earlier Tuesday to get firsthand information about final preparations for the upcoming international climate summit, COP27.

The premier was accompanied by Health Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar and Environment Minister Yasmine Fouad.

He was received by South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda at Sharm el Sheikh airport.

Madbouli is keen on following up all projects that are being implemented in Sharm el Sheikh with the aim to turn it into a green city ahead of the COP27, which will kick start there on November 6.
