RAMALLAH: The Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) today said that Israeli occupation forces executed 30 Palestinians from Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip, after their bodies were found inside one of the schools that was besiged by occupation’s armored tanks
PPS reported that Israeli forces tightly handcuffed and blindfolded the detainees after stripping them of their clothes.
The PPS said, in a statement, that Israeli occupation forces have been escalating their field executions and kidnapping of Palestinians as the Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip enters 117th day.
It also reported that there is an increase of the horrific testimonies from detainees, including children and women, who were subjected to various forms of maltreatment, including physical and psychological abuse during their arrest by Israeli occupation forces.
The PPS pointed out that the occupation’s insistence on keeping Gaza detainees under enforced disappearance has only one explanation, which is that there is a decision to sing
le them out, with the aim of carrying out more crimes against them in secret.
During its ground invasion of Gaza, the occupation forces published horrific pictures and scenes documenting the arrests of hundreds of people in conditions degrading to human dignity.
Regarding the Gaza detainees who were killed inside Israeli jails, two Gaza detainees out of seven were killed which raised the number of detainees who died inside prisons since October 7 of last year (2023) to seven.
