The President of the State of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas, had a telephone conversation with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim ibn Hamad Al Thani, in which he stressed the necessity of working with all parties to ensure an end to the Israeli aggression against Palestinian people everywhere, specifically in the Gaza Strip.The President stressed the importance of delivering relief and medical aid to Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, reiterating that the only solution to all the escalation taking place in the region is the political solution by ending the Israeli occupation of the land of Palestine, with Jerusalem as its capital.Prince Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani stressed that the State of Qatar is making every effort and making contacts with all international and regional parties, in order to stop the ongoing escalation and ensure the arrival of aid to the Gaza Strip, reiterating his support for the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian people until they achieve their full legitimate rights.
