President Bashar al-Assad issued on Tuesday law No.3 that certifies the air services’ agreement signed between Syria and Armenia.
The agreement stipulates boosting cooperation with Armenia, regulating and facilitating the transportation of passengers and goods between the two countries, particularly in light of coercive unilateral economic measures adopted by the European Union against Syria.
