Dakar: Ahmadou Al Aminou Mohamed Lo, Prime Minister of the Republic of Senegal, received a written message from President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan concerning the bilateral relations between Senegal and the United Arab Emirates. The message was delivered during an official visit by Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, in Dakar.
According to Emirates News Agency, Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan conveyed greetings from President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court. The leaders extended their wishes for progress and prosperity to the government and people of Senegal.
Prime Minister Mohamed Lo reciprocated by sending his greetings to UAE leaders, including President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with his aspirations for continued advancement and success for both the UAE's government and its people.
The meeting also included discussions on enhancing bilateral relations and exploring opportunities for cooperation and joint action in areas of mutual interest. The discussions underscored the commitment of both nations to support each other's development priorities and strengthen ties across various sectors.
Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan expressed appreciation for the growing relations between the UAE and Senegal and emphasized the UAE's dedication to further developing these connections to benefit both countries.
