Russian President Vladimir Putin Monday said Moscow is open to negotiations on ending Russia’s military operation in Ukraine. Putin said during a meeting with China’s Xi Jinping in Moscow that Russia would discuss the Chinese initiative to end the operation. “Russia is open to negotiations on the Ukrainian crisis, and we will certainly discuss all these issues, including the Chinese initiative, which we certainly treat with respect,” he added.
