Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani voiced pleasure at his visit to Egypt and his meeting with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

“I was pleased to visit Egypt and meet with my brother President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to discuss how to consolidate bilateral cooperation. We also exchanged views on bolstering and activating joint Arab action to attain our peoples’ aspirations to achieve development and stability, and ensure regional as well as global security,” the Qatari emir said in a tweet on Saturday.

Earlier today, President Sisi held talks with the Qatari emir at Itihadiya presidential palace in Cairo.
