Remarkable steps and encouraging numbers achieved by industrial sector in Aleppo

Aleppo,- Remarkable steps have been achieved in the situation of  work and production of the industrial factories in al-Sheikh Najjar city in Aleppo after liberating it from terrorism and in light of the determination of industrialists to stand again ,rehabilitate and renovate their companies along with setting up new equipment that contribute to achieving self –sufficiency in production within the local markets.

 

 

 

In addition to that, the industrialists began to export surplus products as the investments have exceeded 15.500 billion Syrian pound since the beginning of 2021 while the total investment has reached 284.500 billion since the establishment of the industrial city till now.

 

Director of the Industrial city in Al-Sheikh Najjar  ,Hazem Ajjan, said in a statement to that development indicators at the city are positive and promising and they are in a steady increase despite the difficult circumstances ,adding that  there has been a plan for securing more services to the investors and facilities nominated to enter production in addition to strategic steps represented by establishing a fairground.

 

The fairground has been adopted as central city for  fairs in Aleppo with the aim of marketing the local production and getting acquainted with  the production of  industrial city facilities.

 

Ajjan went on to say that the number of the productive facilities in the city has reached 705 ones , on top , the textile industries which form 40%.
