DETAILS OF THE CASE: According to the lawsuit, the Defendants violated the federal securities laws and various state laws by offering and selling investment contracts to Bancor v3 liquidity providers, without registering under applicable federal securities laws as an exchange or broker-dealer, and without a registration statement in effect for the securities offered and sold.
