Russia authorities accuse Ukrainian security services of bombing St. Petersburg cafe

Russian authorities Monday accused the Ukrainian security service of involvement in the bombing of a cafe in downtown Petersburg yesterday, which killed a military correspondent and injured 32 others. The National Anti-Terrorism Committee stated: “Those who carried out the bombing were carrying out the plans of the Ukrainian special security services,” noting that the Ukraine security service used in the bombing employees of the banned anti-corruption fund in Russia.
