The Moscow Court issued Thursday an arrest warrant for an American journalist who reports for the “Wall Street Journal” on espionage charges. The court said in a press release: “The investigation petition was approved, and the court chose a preventive measure by placing the accused in temporary detention until May 29.” The espionage clause in the Russian Criminal Code states that whoever is found guilty of espionage would serve between 10 and 20 years in prison
