Sabbagh stresses importance of boosting cooperation between Syrian-Iraqi syndicates

Damascus-People’s Assembly Speaker, Hammouda Sabbagh, affirmed the necessity of enhancing cooperation between Syrian and Iraqi syndicates and organizations, especially in the phase of reconstruction and building what has been destroyed by terrorism.

 

 

 

Sabbagh, meeting head of the Arab and Iraqi Contractors’ unions, Ali Fakher Al-Sanafi and an accompanying delegation , said that Syria gives special importance to syndicates through developing their legislation and laws and providing support for work and labors.

 

He added that the priority for participation in the reconstruction phase will be for brotherly and friendly countries, pointing out at the same time that the unilateral coercive measures imposed on the Syrian people which target all aspects of life require concentrated efforts to overcome their impacts.

 

Al-Sanafi, for his part, congratulated Syria on the winning of Dr. Bashar Al-Assad in the presidential election, stressing that the two countries and peoples are one.
