RIO DE JANEIRO: Saudi Arabia took part in the inaugural meeting of the Science20 (S20) group, an initiative within the G20 aimed at leveraging science for global transformation.

According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the meeting, held in Rio de Janeiro under Brazil’s presidency, brought together science academies from G20 nations and international scientific bodies.

The discussions focused on artificial intelligence (AI), the bioeconomy, energy transition, health, and social justice. The Saudi delegation showcased the Kingdom’s advancements in these areas.
