The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s condemnation and denunciation of the provocative practices carried out by an Israeli occupation official who stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, amid intensive security reinforcements of the Israeli occupation forces.

The Ministry expressed the Kingdom’s regret at the practices of the Israeli occupation authorities that undermine international peace efforts and contradict international principles and norms on respecting religious sanctities. The Ministry stressed that these practices are considered a blatant encroachment and provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the world.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs holds the Israeli occupation forces fully responsible for the repercussions of the continuation of these violations and stresses its demand for the international community to assume its responsibilities to end the escalation of the Israeli occupation, provide the necessary protection to civilians and make al
l efforts to end this conflict,” said the ministry in a statement.
