SHARJAH: The Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) has approved a draft during its third meeting of the first regular session of the eleventh legislative chapter. This draft was submitted by a committee formed to respond to a speech made by H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, during the opening session of the council.

The draft was approved during a session held at the council’s headquarters, chaired by Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, the Chairman of the Council. During this session, Jamila Mohammed Al Fandi Al Shamsi, the rapporteur of the formed committee, read out the draft letter.

The council approved the draft response, and the chairman confirmed that it would be submitted to His Highness the Ruler.

The speech expressed the council’s gratitude and appreciation to the Ruler for his significant attention to citizens and residents. Additionally, it conveyed the council’s appreciation for His Highness’ wise and guiding approach, which continues to have
a profound impact on the hearts and minds of the people.

The letter conveys the members’ assurance that they will assist in helping build an extraordinary and unique Sharjah, to achieve the Ruler’s economic, social, and humanitarian vision.
