GAZA: Dozens of civilians, mostly children and women, were killed, while others were injured and several were reported missing in the continuous air, sea and ground Israeli attacks against various parts of the besieged Gaza Strip for over 100 days today.

According to medical sources, 16 civilians, including six children, were killed in the ongoing Israeli strikes on Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes also shelled a house in the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City, killing six civilians and causing multiple injuries to 15 others.

In the Central Strip, the occupation bombarded several homes in the village of al-Masdar as well as launched intensive airstrikes on the Bureij and al-Maghazi refugee camps.

Two bodies were reportedly recovered from under the rubble in the Abasan area, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip. Civil defense crews also recovered a large number of bodies and wounded people from under the rubble of the al-Sosi family house, which was targeted by the I
sraeli jets at dawn today in the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City.

The ongoing Israeli aggression has resulted in the complete interruption of all communications and internet services in the Gaza Strip for the fourth consecutive day today.

The telecommunications sector in the war-torn Strip is suffering due to the persistent targeting of the occupation – having sustained the destruction of 80 percent of its infrastructure – in addition to the direct targeting of the technical staff while doing their job despite prior coordination through international institutions.

The Gaza Strip has suffered from a complete interruption in communications and internet services at least seven times since the Israeli onslaught on Gaza began on October 7, 2023.

Fixed lines, mobile networks, and transmission towers were severely damaged due to the massive destruction of infrastructure caused by the ongoing aggression and fuel shortages as a result of the siege, which led to frequent outages, strained networks, and weak transmi
ssion in different parts of the besieged Strip.

According to medical sources, the Israeli occupation has committed at least 12 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, which resulted in the killing of about 132 people and the wounding of 252 others.

Since the start of the aggression on Gaza which has so far caused massive destruction to infrastructure and properties, Israel killed more than 24,000 people and injured around 60, 317 others. Over 8,000 have been reported missing.
