Reports from our correspondents in southern Lebanon on Tuesday indicate an increased hostilities in the region, with enemy artillery targeting the outskirts of the towns of Hula and Markaba. Concurrently, artillery shelling and machine gun fire emanate from the settlement of Al-Manara towards Mays Al-Jabal.

In a separate incident, hostile warplanes conducted an airstrike on the town of Marwahin. Additionally, enemy artillery shells hit the periphery of Tayr Harfa.

The escalation continued as enemy aircraft conducted a raid at 4:15 a.m., targeting a two-story house in the Tawfa area, southeast of Meis Al-Jabal. The house was completely destroyed, though no casualties have been reported.

Meanwhile, the situation remains tense as the region grapples with the repercussions of heightened hostilities.
