Extremist Israeli settlers today attacked Palestinians and international activists while they were on a solidarity visit to the Palestinian families in occupied Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah, who are facing a risk of expulsion by the Israeli occupation authorities.

Witnesses told WAFA that Israeli settlers guarded by Israeli police attacked Palestinians and international activists in the neighborhood, before they were dispersed by the police and forced out of the area.

More than 500 Palestinians living in 28 houses in the neighborhood are facing a risk of forced expulsion by the far-right Israeli government of Benjamin Netanyahu, considered the most racist and ultranationalist government in the history of the Israeli occupation.

In the meantime, an undercover Israeli force abducted two Palestinian young men in the neighborhood of Silwan in occupied Jerusalem.
