CAIRO, March 12 (KUNA) – The Somali national army said Sunday its forces killed seven members of Al-Shabab militia, including a local leader, in Lower Juba region, south Somalia.

Five more militants were injured and quantities of weapons were seized in the military operation that targeted a terrorist hideout in the region, the Somali National News Agency (SONNA) cited a military statement as saying.
