Prime Minister Mohamed Shtayyeh discussed today with Algerian Foreign Minister Ahmed Attaf, international efforts to stop the aggression against the Palestinian people.

During a meeting on the sidelines of the Doha Forum, the Prime Minister praised Algeria’s firm positions and its continued solidarity with the Palestinian people, especially in light of the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.

The two sides stressed the importance of continuing the path to Palestinian reunification and confronting the new challenges targeting the Palestinian people and their existence.

The Prime Minister stressed the necessity of an immediate ceasefire, providing all humanitarian and medical aid to the Gaza Strip, opening all crossings, providing treatment for the wounded, and stopping the aggression practiced by the occupation army and settlers against the Palestinian people in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
