Riyadh, The Shura Council held its 23rd ordinary session today, presided over by its Deputy Speaker, Dr. Mishaal bin Fahm Al-Salami.

The council discussed several topics on the session’s agenda, including reports of specialized committees on various drafts of memorandums of understanding and agreements for cooperation, and made decisions on them.

The council approved a draft memorandum of understanding between the Institute of Public Administration of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State Council of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the legal field. It also approved a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication of the Kingdom of Morocco for cooperation in the cultural field.

Additionally, the council approved a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Energy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the National Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China in the field of clean hydrogen energy.
