President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has invited a child called Ahmed Tamer, who has managed to memorize and learn the Holy Quran by heart, to attend the coming inauguration ceremony of national projects carried out by the state.
Speaking to MBC Masr TV channel, the president on Wednesday lauded the skills and talents of the child, inviting him to recite the Holy Quran in the coming opening ceremony.
