The Transport Ministry stressed Friday that the State transport facilities are not for sale, saying that it welcomes holding partnerships with the private sector on operation and management these facilities.

In its statement, the ministry pointed out that all of its projects were carried out by Egyptian companies and consultants, whereas the foreign expertise is demanded in the fields and cases which are not available in Egypt, such as developing the ports, constructing stations and platforms, which could be seen in Alexandria, Dekheila, Damietta, Safaga, and Ain Sokhna ports.

The statement came to refute some reports and to answer questions circulated on social networks about the ministry projects.
