The Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) received Tuesday a high-level delegation from Sudan.
In a statement, the center highlighted the special importance of the Egyptian-Sudanese relationship, explaining that the visit sought to give the Sudanese delegation first-hand insight into the pivotal role played by the center as the government’s data and decision support body.
The delegation members were given a detailed presentation of the center’s vision, strategic goals, principal lines of action, as well as its main departments, units, affiliated committees, capabilities, activities, and publications.
They also visited the center’s library, center for surveys and public opinion research, and the cabinet’s media center.
The delegation applauded the center’s role in supporting decision-makers in Egypt, as well as its role in supporting the State’s development efforts at all levels.
