Damascus, SANA-Syria expressed its condolences and sympathies with Pakistan over the torrential rains and flooding victims.
“Syria expresses its heartfelt condolences to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan over the victims of floods and heavy rains that hit different cities of the country and resulted in tragic loss of life and properties” Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ministry said in a statement.
“Syrians extend their sincere condolences and profound sympathies to the victims’ families and wish the wounded speedy recovery, and they are confident that Pakistani government and people are able to get through this painful ordeal.” the statement added.
Over the past weeks, Pakistan witnessed severe flooding that inflected heavy losses.
