Syrian-Cuban talks to boost bilateral relations

Prime Minister of Cuba, Ricardo Cabrisas discussed with Syrian Ambassador to Cuba, Idris Mayya means of enhancing and developing relations between Syria and Cuba, particularly in the economic field.

 

During the meeting, Cabrisas reiterated his country’s stance in support of Syria, underlining the need to promote the economic relations between both countries

 

In turn, Ambassador Mayya briefed Cabrisas on a number of issues related to bilateral cooperation between the two countries, noting to the importance of boosting relations with Cuba.

 

He also briefed him on the latest economic developments in Syria in light of the unilateral coercive measures imposed by the US and the European Union on the country.
